Renu Saini: A Journey of Strength, Leadership, and Empowerment
Renu Saini, born on 13th January 1983 in Ferozepur, Punjab, faced immense challenges early in life. Losing her mother at a young age in 1991, she took on the responsibility of caring for her siblings, shaping her into a strong and resilient individual.Despite the hardships, Renu pursued her education, completing her B.A. and B.Ed., driven by her passion for knowledge and growth. Her father, a retired Railway loco pilot, instilled in her a deep sense of discipline and hard work.
In 2007, Renu married and became the proud mother of two daughters, but her journey didn’t stop there. In 2020, she entered the political arena, running for the Nagar Nigam election on a Congress Party ticket. Today, she serves as the Secretary of the Pradesh Congress Committee, Rajasthan, and is a spokesperson for the Indira Fellowship.As the President of the Mahila Wing at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rashtriya Sansthan Jaipur, Renu continues to champion women’s rights and empowerment, raising her voice for those who cannot. Her leadership is not just a role, but a mission to bring change.
Beyond her political life, Renu finds solace in gardening and artcraft, activities that allow her to nurture life and creativity, just as she nurtures the growth of her community.

Resilience in Action: The Life of Mayank Kumar Sharma
Mayank Kumar Sharma is the proud son of Late Shree Santosh Kumar Sharma, a retired Nayab Tehsildar, and Mrs. Sunita Sharma. Born on November 26, 1986, in Hanumangarh, he completed his schooling there before moving to Jaipur to pursue Mechanical Engineering. Following his studies, Mayank explored acting and modeling in Delhi and Mumbai for three years before transitioning into corporate roles with companies like L&T Komatsu and Ceasefire.
In 2015, the birth of his son Krishav marked a turning point, inspiring him to establish OonTrack, focused on fire, safety, and security. Through awareness camps and dedicated work, OonTrack grew rapidly, with over 200 completed projects and recognition from professional organizations like FSAI, ASSOCHAM, and BNI.
To honor his father’s memory, Mayank founded the OonTrack Social Development Foundation, organizing blood donation drives, providing for stray animals, and sponsoring education for underprivileged girls. Additionally, as the Rajasthan State President of the National Youth Council of India, he leads social initiatives across the state.

Jyoti Pareek: A Trailblazer in Journalism, Education, and Empowerment
Jyoti Pareek’s journey is a testament to the power of determination and passion. With a strong foundation in journalism and communication, she holds a BA, BJMC, and MJMC. Her career began at All India Radio as a news editor and reader, captivating listeners with her voice and reliable news delivery. Since 2009, she has been hosting an agriculture-based program on Doordarshan Rajasthan, connecting with rural India.
Beyond news reporting, Jyoti explored the creative side of media as a scriptwriter and assistant director for ETV Rajasthan, eventually becoming the programming head at Patrika TV. Her roles showcased her versatility in crafting content that informed, educated, and inspired.
Jyoti’s dedication to education led her to found Outcome Academy, where she helps students crack the RPSC exam. As an assistant professor of journalism, she shapes the next generation of journalists. Her work as a beat reporter at Dainik Bhaskar further highlights her expertise in covering medical, education, political, and crime beats with empathy and precision.
Jyoti has received numerous accolades, including the Best Legal Reporter Award from the Jaipur High Court Bar Association in 2005 and the Nari Karm Shri Samman. A poetess and author of “एक सूर्य, एक पृथ्वी और मैं,” she continues her Ph.D. at the Central University of Allahabad, proving her resilience and commitment to education and societal change.
